WurzelKraft/AlkaLife Zhough – fiery green chili paste
Ingredients for about 350 ml

| 60 g | coriander, fresh (1 bunch) |
| 12 g | parsley |
| 1 tbsp. | WurzelKraft/AlkaLife |
| 150 ml | olive oil |
| 4 | cloves of garlic |
| 4 | green chilis |
| 1 tsp. | ground cardamom |
| 1 tsp. | sea salt |
| 1 tsp. | cumin |
| 1/2 tsp. | Pul Biber (red pepper flakes) |
| 1/2 | squeezed lemon |
| Mild version | |
| 50 g | parsley, fresh |
| 12 g | chervil |
| 2 tbsp. | WurzelKraft/AlkaLife |
| 12 g | coriander |
| 150 ml | olive oil |
| 4 | cloves of garlic |
| 2 – 3 | green chilis |
| 1 tsp. | ground cardamom |
| 1 tsp. | sea salt |
| 1 tsp. | cumin |
| 1/2 tsp. | Pul Biber (red pepper flakes) |
| 1/2 | squeezed lemon |
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients except the WurzelKraft/AlkaLife and pepper flakes in a mortar, or blend them to a fine paste with a hand blender. When the desired consistency is achieved, add the WurzelKraft/AlkaLife and pepper flakes, and leave to stand for at least 20 minutes.
