MorgenStund' Tropic Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 smoothies
3 tbsp. | of MorgenStund' |
140 ml | water |
300 ml | coconut or almond drink, unsweetened (with almond drink: additionally desiccated coconut according to taste) |
1/2 | banana |
2 | dates |
1 | mango |
1 tbsp. | of linseed oil |
2 tsp. | WurzelKraft |
juice of half a lemon | |
perhaps some fruit juice (e.g. pineapple, orange) |
Preparation
Pour 140 ml of boiling water over MorgenStund' and leave to soak for 2 – 3 minutes. Cut banana, dates and mango into pieces. Put MorgenStund', fruit and all other ingredients into an electric blender and mix.
Add some more liquid (water, juice, almond or coconut drink) depending on the desired consistency. Fill the smoothie into the glasses. Finally, mix a teaspoonful of WurzelKraft into each smoothie.
Tip for better satiation: Add some flaxseed meal or tigernuts, then the smoothie is also ideal as a breakfast replacement!
