Used in combination with MeineBase / AlkaBath, the foot baths contribute to the purification and regeneration of the organism.

The textured bottom is ideal for a foot reflexology massage and provides additional activation and stimulation for the soles of the feet.

If used regularly, foot baths are also effective against calluses or sweaty feet. Especially during the summertime, when fluid retains in the legs due to long periods of sitting and standing, a cool alkaline foot bath provides the necessary refreshment and makes the legs feel light.

With around 600 sweat glands per cm², our feet contribute to the elimination of unwanted substances in the body. It is not without reason that naturopathy says that our feet are our "auxiliary kidneys". For this reason, the alkaline foot bath is the perfect alternative to a full bath.

How to use

Use approx. one teaspoon of MeineBase / AlkaBath for an alkaline foot bath. Use the foot bath for 30 – 60 minutes to achieve optimal results. If necessary, check the pH-value of the water using pH test strips and adjust to pH 8.5. Use the alkaline foot bath with cool or warm water (up to 41°C) to suit your needs.

Cleaning tip: After use, scrub the textured bottom of the tub clean using a (tooth) brush and rinse.

Tips:

A few drops of oil support the nourishment of the feet and positively affect the mood through their aromatic fragrance.

Soothing, warming oils:
lavender, chamomile, ginger, cinnamon

Invigorating, cooling oils:
citrus fruits (lemon, orange, grapefruit), peppermint, eucalyptus
