Pizza à la TischleinDeckDich
Ingredients for 1 serving
10 tbsps | TischleinDeckDich |
300 ml | water or vegetable stock |
1 | egg |
4 tbsps | wholemeal spelt flour |
1 | small onions |
½ | pepper |
½ | courgette |
1 tbsp | vegetable fat |
1 | tomato |
100 g | grated cheese |
herb salt |
Preparation
Bring the TischleinDeckDich to the boil in a saucepan with approx. 300 ml water/stock, stirring occasionally. Simmer on a low heat for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Leave the mixture to cool. Then stir in egg and flour and season with herb salt.
Place the dough in a greased baking dish and prick several times with a fork. Pre-bake the dough for ten minutes at 200 °C (fan oven 180 °C) in a preheated oven.
In the meantime, clean the onions, peppers and courgettes, chop into small pieces and sauté in the vegetable fat. Season vegetables with herb salt. Then spread on the pre-baked dough.
Finally, spread the sliced tomato and cheese on the pizza. Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.
