Pepper & nut spread

Ingredients for approx. 250 ml:
1 large red or orange pepper
90 g walnuts
30 g sesame
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
herb salt, pepper, paprika powder
1 – 2 tsp. WurzelKraft / AlkaLife

Wash, deseed and cut the peppers in half. Place in the oven on an oiled baking tray (grill function). This allows the pepper to roast well, and the skin can easily be peeled off. After that, puree the pepper in the blender with all the other ingredients. Then, simply spread the dip onto the bread, and sprinkle WurzelKraft / AlkaLife over it.
