MorgenStund' with Berries, Pear and Hazelnuts
Ingredients for one serving
| 3 tbsps | MorgenStund' |
| 120 – 140 ml | water |
| 6 – 7 | fresh or frozen blackberries or blueberries |
| 1/2 | pear |
| 1 – 2 tsps | linseed oil or cream |
| chopped hazelnuts as required | |
| some cinnamon |
Preparation
Mix MorgenStund' in boiling water and allow to soak for 1-2 minutes. Or: Take a bit more water (160-180 ml) and bring MorgenStund' to the boil, stirring with a whisk, and simmer over a low heat for 1-2 minutes. Then leave the porridge to cool a little.
Cut the fruit into small pieces, add and refine the porridge together with the hazelnuts, cinnamon and oil or cream.
