MorgenStund' Waffles

Ingredients for 8-10 waffles
150 g MorgenStund' (chopped with a hand blender or jug blender)
50 g soft butter
8 tbsps agave syrup
2 eggs
1/2 tsps cinnamon
150 g spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
280 ml oat drink
1 dash of lemon juice
1 Pck. coconut whip (Sojatoo)/coconut cream
butter to grease the waffle iron

Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Mix all ingredients except the coconut whip with a hand mixer into a batter and then bake waffle by waffle with the butter in a waffle iron. Shake the coconut cream well, whip with a mixer and serve with finely chopped fruit (e.g. fresh figs or pears) with the waffles.
