MorgenStund' Waffles
Ingredients for 8-10 waffles
| 150 g | MorgenStund' (chopped with a hand blender or jug blender) |
| 50 g | soft butter |
| 8 tbsps | agave syrup |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 tsps | cinnamon |
| 150 g | spelt flour |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 280 ml | oat drink |
| 1 dash of | lemon juice |
| 1 Pck. | coconut whip (Sojatoo)/coconut cream |
| butter to grease the waffle iron |
Preparation
Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Mix all ingredients except the coconut whip with a hand mixer into a batter and then bake waffle by waffle with the butter in a waffle iron. Shake the coconut cream well, whip with a mixer and serve with finely chopped fruit (e.g. fresh figs or pears) with the waffles.
