Preheat the oven to 175° C, line a baking tray with baking paper and take the butter out of the fridge.
1. Place the butter in a saucepan and slowly melt over a low heat. Put MorgenStund' and the almonds in a bowl and pour over the melted butter, stir gently and leave to sit for about 10 minutes.
2. Whisk the honey and egg together in a large bowl and add the salt. Now carefully stir in the cooled MorgenStund' almond mix. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
3. Shape the dough into small balls. Place them on the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 12-15 minutes at 175° C.
Tip! The dough can also be refined with cinnamon or vanilla to taste.
