Mixed fitness salad with lemon dressing
Ingredients for 4 portions
| 1 | iceberg lettuce or 2 lettuce hearts |
| approx. 200 g | red cabbage |
| 1 | cucumber |
| 1 | pepper (red or orange) |
| 2 | tomatoes |
| 1 | apple |
| 2 | spring onions |
| 200 g | sheep cheese |
| 1 – 2 tsp. | WurzelKraft / AlkaLife |
| For the dressing | |
| 1 | squeezed lemon |
| 2 tbsp. | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp. | linseed oil |
| 1 tsp. | honey |
| herb salt, pepper | |
Preparation
Cut all ingredients finely and arrange sthem on the plates. Pour on the dressing and sprinkle 1-2 tsps of WurzelKraft / AlkaLife on the salad.
Tip: instead of cheese, the salad can also be served with chicken strips, chickpeas, avocado, roasted tofu, boiled egg, etc.
