Across the Beet Smoothie
Ingredients for 1-2 servings
| 3 tbsps | MorgenStund' |
| 140 ml | water |
| 200 ml | coconut milk |
| 1 | carrot (medium) |
| ½ | apple |
| ½ | fennel bulb (small) |
| ¼ | seeded cucumber |
| 2 | handful of fresh spinach leaves |
| ½ | peeled orange |
| 1 tsp | WurzelKraft/AlkaLife |
| 1 – 2 tsps | walnuts |
Preparation
Stir MorgenStund' into boiling water and leave to soak for 2-3 minutes.
Chop the carrot, apple, fennel bulb, cucumber and orange, add walnuts and coconut milk as well as the spinach and blend all ingredients well with a blender or hand blender.
