MorgenStund' with Banana, Raspberries and Cinnamon
Ingredients for one serving
| 3 tbsps | MorgenStund' |
| 120 – 140 ml | water |
| 1/2 | banana |
| 2 tbsps | fresh or frozen raspberries |
| 4 – 6 | dried dates or figs |
| 1 tsp | ground linseed or coconut flakes |
| 1 shot | cream, rice drink or similar |
| some cinnamon |
Preparation
Mix MorgenStund' in boiling water and allow to soak for 1-2 minutes. Or: Take a bit more water (160-180 ml) and bring MorgenStund' to the boil, stirring with a whisk, and simmer over a low heat for 1-2 minutes. Then leave the porridge to cool a little.
Chop the banana, dates or figs and stir them into the porridge together with the linseeds or coconut flakes and raspberries. Add the cream and refine with cinnamon.
