|160 ml||water or oatdrink|
|2 tbsp||flaked almonds|
|1 tbsp||shaved hazelnuts|
|1 tbsp||dried dates|
|2 tsp||plum jam|
Bring the MorgenStund' with the oat drink or water to the boil while stirring and allow to simmer on a low heat for 1 – 2 minutes. Then remove from the stove and allow to cool. Toast the flaked almonds quickly in a pan. Cut up the apple, orange and dates into small pieces and mix in a bowl with the nuts and dates as well as the cinnamon.
Layer the ingredients as follows: first 1 tsp of plum jam, then half of the MorgenStund', then another 1tsp of plum jam, and the other half of the MorgenStund' over that. Layer the fruit, almond and nut mix on top of that, and garnish with cinnamon and WurzelKraft / AlkaLife.
