7x7 KräuterTee/AlkaHerb Ice Cream
Ingredients for 4 servings
| 200 ml | 7x7 KräuterTee/AlkaHerb, cooled |
| 100 g | frozen mixed berries |
| 100 ml | coconut milk to taste |
| 2 tbsps | maple syrup |
| 4 | ice cream moulds |
Preparation
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over a tea bag or a flat teaspoon of 7x7 KräuterTee/AlkaHerb, steep for 2-3 minutes and then allow to cool.
Then blend the tea with the remaining ingredients in a jug blender until smooth. Divide this into the moulds and place in the freezer for a few hours.
Tip: If you don’t have any ice cream moulds, you can use small drinking glasses. When the mixture has been poured in, place a spoon in the mixture and cover the jar with a note including the hole through which the spoon is inserted and place in the freezer. That way the spoon won’t tip over.
