WurzelKraft / AlkaLife Dark Chocolate PowerBalls

Ingredients Makes 25
50 g gluten-free oats
30 g flaxseed, coarsely ground
2 tsps coffee, ground
30 g cocoa, raw or baking cocoa
1 ripe banana
70 g peanut cream
60 g dried figs
1 pinch of sea salt
Vanilla sugar or ground vanilla bean
4 – 6 tsps WurzelKraft / AlkaLife
Preparation

Chop all ingredients in a blender and form into balls with moistened hands. Refrigerate overnight. Then take out and enjoy. The balls will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.

Tip: Sesame butter or tahini can be used instead of peanut cream. Sesame seeds are very rich in calcium.
