MorgenStund' with Grapes, Blueberries and Vanilla Yoghurt
Ingredients for 1 serving
| 3 tbsps (about 35 g) | MorgenStund' |
| Approx. 120 – 140 ml | water |
| ½ | apple |
| 5 – 6 | green seedless grapes |
| 2 tbsps | flaked almonds |
| 50 g | vanilla yoghurt (alternatively soya yoghurt) |
| 2 tbsps | blueberries |
Preparation
Mix MorgenStund' with approx. 120-140 ml boiling water and leave to soak for 1-2 minutes.
Chop the apple and grapes into small pieces. Roast the flaked almonds in a pan without fat for 2-3 minutes. Add the yoghurt, fruit and flaked almonds to MorgenStund'.
