Good Morning Smoothie
Ingredients for 1-2 servings
| 3 tbsps | MorgenStund' |
| 140 ml | water |
| 200 ml | coconut milk to taste |
| 50 g | lamb's lettuce |
| 80 g | blueberries |
| ½ | banana |
| ¼ | ripe avocado |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| mint, for decoration |
Preparation
Mix MorgenStund' in boiling water and allow to soak for 2-3 minutes.
Chop the avocado and banana and blend well with all the other ingredients using a blender or hand blender.
