Berry Smoothie
Ingredients for 1 serving
| 75 ml | oat milk |
| possibly a bit more water | |
| 75 g | fresh or frozen raspberries |
| ½ | small banana |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| 1 – 2 | figs |
| 2 tbsps | amaranth popcorn or chia seeds |
| 1 – 2 | mint leaves |
| 1 – 2 tsps | WurzelKraft / AlkaLife |
Preparation
Finely chop all ingredients, place them in a blender and mix well.
WurzelKraft / AlkaLife may be added before or after mixing, according to taste.
