7x7 KräuterTee / AlkaHerb Iced Tea
Ingredients
| 2-3 tea bags | 7x7 KräuterTee / AlkaHerb |
| 1 | organic lemon |
| mint to taste |
Preparation
Wash and slice 1 organic lemon. Wash the mint and pluck off the leaves. Put the leaves in a pot with the lemon slices and the tea bags. Pour over a litre of boiling water, leave to steep for 2-3 minutes and remove the tea bags.
Leave the tea to cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight. Then pour this through a sieve and serve with ice cubes if necessary. Possibly sweeten to taste with agave syrup.
