MorgenStund' à la Pina Colada
Ingredients
| 3 tbsps (about 35 g) | MorgenStund' |
| Approx. 120 – 140 ml | water |
| Several tbsps | coconut milk to taste |
| 60 g | pineapple |
| ½ | banana |
| 1 tsp | coconut flakes or coconut chips |
Preparation
Mix MorgenStund' with approx. 120-140 ml boiling water and leave to soak for 1-2 minutes.
Mix MorgenStund' with the coconut milk. Cut pineapple and banana into small pieces and add to the porridge together with the coconut flakes or chips.
