“Invigorating” 7x7 KräuterTee/AlkaHerb
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon or 2 tea bags | 7x7 KräuterTee/AlkaHerb |
| 1 | lemon or lime |
Preparation
Take 1 tablespoon of 7x7 KräuterTee/AlkaHerb or 2 tea bags to 1 litre of boiling water and allow the tea to steep for approx. 2-3 minutes. Add 1-2 slices of lemon or lime or a little juice from them. Enjoy hot or cold.
Tip: Add ice cubes to cool quickly.
