7x7 KräuterTee / AlkaHerb with Ginger
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon or 2 tea bags | 7x7 KräuterTee / AlkaHerb |
| a small piece of ginger | |
| a little lemon juice and agave syrup or honey |
Preparation
Take 1 tablespoon of 7x7 KräuterTee / AlkaHerb or 2 tea bags to 1 litre of boiling water and allow the tea to steep for approx. 2-3 minutes. Steep a small peeled piece of ginger in the tea for as long as you like. Add a little lemon juice and agave syrup or honey to taste.
