Preparation

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one filter bag or a level teaspoon of 7x7® KräuterTee / AlkaHerb, leave to steep for 2 – 3 minutes and then leave to cool.

Then process the tea with the remaining ingredients in a stand mixer into a smooth mixture. Divide it among the molds and place in the freezer for a few hours.

Tip: If you don’t have ice lolly molds, you can use small drinking glasses. Once the mixture has been poured in, stand a spoon in it, cover the glass with a sticky note with a hole through which the spoon is inserted, and put it in the freezer. This keeps the spoon from tipping over.
