Basic recipe MorgenStund’
(per serving size)
- 3 tablespoons of MorgenStund’ (approx. 35 g)
- approx. 180 ml water
Stir MorgenStund’ into the water using a whisk. Bring to the boil stirring continuously, reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
Or:Dash MorgenStund’ with boiling water and let it expand for a little while, stirring regularly.
Refine to taste!
MorgenStund’ with apple puree and vanilla (one serving)
- 3 tablespoons of MorgenStund’(approx. 35 g)
- approx. 180 ml water
- 1 knife bourbon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon almond puree
- 1 tablespoon cream, rice milk or the like
- apple puree according to taste
Prepare MorgenStund' with the vanilla as instructed in the basic recipe and let it cool down. Add the almond puree and the apple puree. Add a bit of cream or rice milk according to taste.
MorgenStund’ with banana and cinnamon (one serving)
- 3 tablespoons of MorgenStund’(approx. 35 g)
- approx. 180 ml water
- 1 banana
- raisins
- some cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of cream, rice milk, linseed oil or the like
- maple syrup
Prepare MorgenStund' as instructed in the basic recipe and leave it to cool a little. Add the sliced banana, raisins, cinnamon, rice milk or the like and a bit of maple syrup according to taste. It is especially tasty when letting the banana cook together with MorgenStund’.
MorgenStund’ with berries and sunflower seeds (one serving)
- 3 tablespoons of MorgenStund’(approx. 35 g)
- approx. 180 ml water
- 2-3 tablespoons berries
- sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon of cream, rice milk or the like
Prepare MorgenStund' as instructed in the basic recipe and leave it to cool a little. Add the berries and the sunflower seeds and according to taste cream, rice milk or the like.
MorgenStund’ with apples and carrots (one serving)
- 3 tablespoons of MorgenStund’(approx. 35 g)
- approx. 180 ml water
- 1 apple
- 1–2 carrots
- apple juice, raisins and cream according to taste
Prepare MorgenStund’ as instructed in the basic recipe and let it cool down. Add the grated apple and carrots. You can refine the porridge with apple juice, raisins and cream.
My sports breakfast with MorgenStund’ (one big serving)
- 6 tablespoons of MorgenStund’ (approx. 70 g)
- 360 ml water
- some ginger powder and curcuma
- about 5 dried fruits such as figs, dates or pineapples
- 1 fresh apple or pear
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- WurzelKraft/ AlkaLife according to taste
