Nasal rinse beaker

This practically shaped beaker is the ideal means to realise an alkaline nose rinse.

Application

Add lukewarm water and a pinch of AlkaBath (MeineBase) to the nasal rinse beaker. Put the beaker underneath your nose so that both nostrils are in the solution.

Slowly lean your head backwards. In doing so, the alkaline solution slowly goes into both nostrils, down the throat and can then be spat out.
